Origanum Vulgare (Oregano) is a species of flowering plant in the mint family Lamiaceae. It was native to the Mediterranean region, but widely naturalised elsewhere in the temperate Northern Hemisphere.

The bowl measures approximately 8 1/2 inches in diameter and stands around 4 inches tall. The bowl is stamped "Wedgwood - Sarah's Garden Kitchen Collection cookware oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe" on its base.
